Types of Accounts & Users

The account types are just a suggestion for getting you started! You can add features, folders and files to your account at any time. Every Account you create has the standard Bulletin Board and Events Management features included. All your Data-Center files can be viewed in any sequence and are fully searchable using our amazingly fast "search and filter" techniques.

Private Individual or Family Family
Designed for the Family Man or Woman who wants to keep the rest of the family informed.
This account includes the following predefined files in your Data-Center

Photo Album - for viewing and swapping photos across the globe

Addressbook - stores all your contact info with built-in mapping feature

Documents - Store copies of your most important documents before you go on vacation and retrieve them from any internet-cafe/online PC in the world if they are stolen or lost

Web-Favorites - waste no time searching for your most important web-sites. Keep them here, add comments and make them searchable.

Frequent Traveller Traveller
A Data-Center designed for the globe trotter for the safekeeping of important documents and files. Airlines lose laptops and other people can access data on a harddisk.
This account includes the following predefined files in your Data-Center

Addressbook - stores all your contact info with built-in mapping feature

Documents - Store copies of your most important documents ensuring you can retrieve them from any internet-cafe/online PC in the world -- if the ones you brought with you are stolen or lost

You can customize from a selection of "tables" and upload all the information and documents you need before your next trip. Create an album and upload pictures of the places you visit. Track expenses as they are incurred. Store itineraries and e-ticket information in one easy to access spot.

Photo-Shop Photo-Exchange
This account includes the following predefined files in your Data-Center

Photo-Album - for demonstration purposes and getting you started

Documents - Store your price and sales information, terms and conditions of trade

For each of your clients, you will need to create a user record and make a copy of our standard Photo-Album for him to access.

Working on a big contract? Create a secure account for it.
This account type is designed to enable you to post documentation for your client. Saves on time, travel and is far more secure than emailing. The Data-Center includes:

Addressbook - stores your Address information and "how to get there" information for your customers to see

Documents - Store any relevant information the client needs to see

Club Manager Club
Provide information and control what will be visible to the general public, to a Club Member, or to your Club Officials and Committee Members. You can define multiple User types and control access to information from the Calendar and Bulletin Board all the way to the Data-Center.
The Data-center includes:

Members List - Complete Addressing with instant "how to get there" mapping

Documents - store the Club Charter, Membership Rules and other Club Statutes

Templates - Logos and other standardised materials needed by your area or department managers to produce their newsletters, and printed materials.

Remember to use the built-in Events Manager and Calendar for inviting members to all your activities.
