Account Types

This is a simple way to get to know Info-Centers. Just login and begin browsing. You can create you own account very quickly. If you like it and want to continue, it is easy to convert your account up to Standard or Premium.

This is an in-expensive entry level option. The Standard Account is ideal formany small businesses, clubs and organizations. It is a very in-expensive way to facilitate secure communications between smaller groups of people.

This is for clients requiring more users and storage. All features are the same as a Standard Account.

Info-Host

Info-Host is a special option. Under this option, we will host a version of Info-Centers under your domain name. For example, it may be at https://secure.yourCompany.com. No one else will have access to it, and it will be overall password protected so that the site is not visible even to casual internet surfers. When your clients (users) enter this site, they will see only your company, never Info-Centers.

Corporate License

Under this option, you build your own intranet. That is, a license for Info-Centers is purchased outright and is installed on your server. Our experts will assist in installation and ongoing maintenance of Info-Centers software. There is also an upgrade protect plan to ensure that your installation contains the latest version of our software.

Notes

1. Email Notification means that when messages are entered into the secure messaging system, an email notification is sent to the appropriate user, not with the message, only a notification that a message has been placed. This ensures the security of the message while informing the user.
2. SMS Notification (Short Messaging System) means that when messages are entered into Info-Center's secure messaging system, an SMS notification is sent to the appropriate user's SMS device (cell phone, PDA, etc.), not with the message, but rather with a notification that a message has been placed. This ensures the security of the message while informing the user to check his secure message.
3. easyTour is a special package for in-bound tour operators. Using easyTour, an entire holiday package can be set up for travel agents booking in other countries.
4. easyTour Back Office is a desktop version of easyTour. Although it is preferable for all transactions to be done on the internet, there are some holiday destinations where the internet is not reliable and this back office package allows companies to post desktop transactions for furtherance later.
5. When 12 months are paid for at one time, the charge is only for 11 months, that is, you get the last month free.
6. The encryption license cannot be purchased by Info-Centers because it is your license. It can be purchased from suppliers such as Verisign, Thawte or Comodo.
